Vacheron Constantin is the oldest continuously producing watch manufacture in the world — in Geneva since 1755, without interruption. To service a Vacheron is to follow a tradition no other manufacturer shares at this length. The Maltese Cross on every movement stands for that standard.
In our Munich workshop we service Overseas, Patrimony, Traditionnelle, Historiques and Métiers d'Art. With manufacture oils, to Geneva specifications, with the care the Hallmark of Geneva demands. Complications — Perpetual Calendar, Moon Phase, Tourbillon — we work to the specific VC workflows. Service, maintenance, repair, crystal replacement, polishing and cleaning, bracelet service or complication work — all under one roof, with a documented service protocol. Vacheron collectors from Munich and the surrounding area hand over directly at the atelier in Grünwald; from anywhere in Europe we accept insured shipping.
We work to the specifications of the Hallmark of Geneva (Poinçon de Genève) Vacheron has met since 1885 — hand-polished screws, visible Côtes de Genève, hand-finished anglage. With every service the movement's character is preserved.
Vacheron complications — Perpetual Calendar, Annual Calendar, Tourbillon, Moon Phase, complications combinations — require understanding of the whole mechanism. We do not open a movement without that understanding.
Vacheron cases have precise lines, slim lugs, polished chamfers. We polish only on request, with absolute restraint, preserving the original geometry. The Geneva school allows no material loss at the lugs.

Costs vary depending on the model, caliber, complication and scope. A Patrimony Manual sits on a different scale to an Overseas Chronograph or a Perpetual Calendar — and a single repair, crystal swap or bracelet service on yet another. The Métiers d'Art line — enamel work, guilloché dials, skeletonisations — requires special discipline in service. We touch no enamel surface, no guilloché detail. For the Overseas range (introduced 1996, modernised 2016) we work to the specific sport-watch specifications — integrated bracelet, interchangeable straps, higher water resistance.
