Craft, memory, legacy.
We check every watch in our own workshop: Movement, rate, provenance. Everything that comes into our inventory has passed the test, without exception.

Time Boutique Munich, since 2018. We broker Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Cartier. Personally curated, tested in our own workshop.
A watch is a craft, an investment and a memento. What began in 2018 as a brokerage of individual pieces is now an address with a workshop, an international network and a clear standard.

Max is still in school when the father of a close friend places an Omega Seamaster Automatic on the table — a watch that winds itself simply through the movement of the wearer.
For a teenager that sounds like science fiction. The fascination with mechanics, movement and craft becomes a quiet obsession that grows over years.

Max is in his final year of school, looking for his first proper watch, and in August 2018 starts buying and selling on eBay. Three months later a plan has formed.
November 2018 — Time Boutique is officially founded as a sole proprietorship. Alongside his Abitur and university studies the first industry networks emerge, the first regular customers, the first understanding of market values and service quality.

The luxury watch market grows sharply during Covid. Collectors, dealers and enthusiasts worldwide push for rare pieces. The existing experience and market knowledge let Max move with it.
2021 becomes the first significant revenue year. What had been a side project becomes a company with international reach.

Mid-2023 the deliberate decision is made: specialisation in neo-vintage Rolex in exceptional condition, complete sets with papers, technically flawless. What does not fit the standard we decline — even when the pieces are offered to us.
In the same year Matthias joins the team — initially social media and product photography, but quickly a central figure in day-to-day operations. From this role grows the position of Head of Operations, later COO.

June 2024 — Viktor takes over business development and technology. Out of the Excel-and-WhatsApp routine most of the industry runs on, an in-house inventory and process system is built. Alongside it the new website, the international logistics.
In the same year the first employees are hired for image editing and operations. December 2024: the first official office space — the first proper company location.

February 2026 — Time Boutique is officially converted into a GmbH, with Max, Matthias and Viktor as shareholders. In parallel the sister company Watchdesk GmbH (today Chronodesk) is founded, developing the in-house atelier system for the wider watch industry.
With the new location in Grünwald, just south of Munich, the house moves into permanent premises — atelier, workshop and office under one roof.

Carlotta joins as CMO in 2026. She is responsible for brand, brand presence and social media — and translates what we do daily into a visual language of its own.
What had previously grown piece by piece gets a clear outward posture: consistent aesthetics, curated content, a narrative that fits the boutique.

May 2026 — master watchmaker Helmut takes over the workshop lead. Previous tenure at Rolex in Switzerland, decades at the bench, a standard that leaves nothing to chance.
Complete overhauls, movement service, water resistance, documented rate values: what enters stock in Munich passes through his hands. The workshop becomes our own service point for every major brand.

Today, Time Boutique is an established address for rare Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier and vintage classics. With an atelier in Munich, a worldwide network and customers who entrust us with their most valuable pieces.
And tomorrow? More workshop, more knowledge, more pieces. But the same promise as in 2018: Only the watches we would wear ourselves.
