General Terms and Conditions of Time Boutique

A. General Terms and Conditions with Customer Information

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTC’) of Time Boutique, Marsstraße 72, 80335 Munich (hereinafter referred to as ‘Seller’), apply to all contracts for the sale of watches that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’) concludes with the Seller via the online store timeboutique.de.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession.

1.3 A business is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality who or which acts in exercise of its trade, business or profession when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Conclusion of contract

2.1 The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute binding offers.

2.2 The customer can submit a binding purchase offer (order) via the online ordering system.

2.3 The seller accepts the offer by sending a separate order confirmation by e-mail. The purchase contract is only concluded upon this confirmation.

3. Right of cancellation

3.1 Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation.

3.2 Detailed information on the right of cancellation can be found in our cancellation policy.

4. Prices and payment terms

4.1 The prices quoted are total prices including VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately.

4.3 The following payment options are available to the customer: bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), iDeal (Netherlands).

5. Delivery and shipping

5.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

5.2 The delivery time is 1-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Each watch is checked by our experts before dispatch.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and guarantee

7.1 The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

7.2 In addition, Time Boutique offers a 24-month warranty on all watches sold.

8. Applicable law

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

8.2 The language of the contract is German.
