Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your new item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it to us free of charge (only within Germany) and we will refund the full purchase price.

Please note the following:

• Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been successfully processed.
  
• Please note that we do not offer the option of exchanging your product. We recommend that you return the order and place a new one in our online store.
• Make sure that your return shipment is properly packed. It is best to use the box in which you received your order.
• Items that have been washed, used, or have their original tags removed are not eligible for a refund. Underwear and face masks may only be returned in a completely unworn condition for reasons of hygiene.

1. Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Time Boutique, Maximilian Scheuermeyer, Marsstrasse 72, 80335 Munich, Germany, info@timeboutique.de, Phone: +49 1575 4106007) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.

2. Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may refuse to make a reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
