This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on timeboutique.de, why we use them and how you can adjust or withdraw your consent.

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise you between pages and visits, for example for your language choice, your cart or anonymised usage statistics. Alongside classic cookies we also use similar technologies such as localStorage.

2. Which cookies do we set?

We divide cookies into two categories. Necessary cookies are technically required; analytics cookies we only set with your explicit consent.

2.1 Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the basic operation of the website and cannot be opted out. They store no personal data and are not used for analytics or advertising.

• Cart session, stores the contents of your cart during your visit (provider: Shopify, retention: session up to 14 days).
• Language choice, remembers whether you selected the German or English version of our site (retention: 12 months).
• Consent status, stores your cookie decision so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. Key: tb-consent-v1 in localStorage (retention: 12 months or until you change your selection).
• Security and authentication, protection against misuse and cross-site request forgery (provider: Shopify, retention: session).

2.2 Analytics cookies (optional)

We set these cookies only with your consent. They help us understand how visitors use our site, which pages are visited often, where visitors have difficulty and which content works well. This way we continuously improve the atelier experience.

• OpenPanel Analytics, provider: OpenPanel AB, Stockholm, Sweden. Server location: EU. Data collected: pseudonymised profile ID (no plain-text identifier), pages visited, click paths, time on page, device type, screen resolution, anonymised IP address, country of origin, referrer. Retention: 12 months. This data is not combined with other data sources; identification of individuals is not possible without logging into our webshop. More information: openpanel.dev/privacy.
• Trustpilot, provider: Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark. Loads the review widget in the footer. Data collected: IP address, device and browser data; may set its own cookies. Loaded only after your consent. More information: legal.trustpilot.com.

3. Legal basis

Necessary cookies are set on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG, they are strictly required to provide the service you have explicitly requested.

Analytics cookies are set exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

You may adjust or withdraw your cookie decision at any time:

5. What happens after withdrawal?

If you withdraw consent for analytics cookies, the page reloads to ensure the already-loaded analytics script is fully removed. No further analytics data is collected. Already-collected anonymous data remains pseudonymised in our analytics system until the end of the legally permitted retention (12 months); subsequent linking to you personally is technically impossible.

6. Third parties and data sharing

We do not share data collected through cookies with advertising networks, data brokers or social networks. Data from OpenPanel is processed exclusively on EU servers and not transferred to third countries.

8. Changes to this cookie policy
